I built HireReady after going through dozens of technical interviews myself. I know the frustration of grinding LeetCode for hours without feeling like you are making real progress.
What I wanted was a smarter approach: spaced repetition to actually remember patterns, AI feedback to improve without a study buddy, and a system that respects my time instead of just counting solved problems.
