Description of Service

HireReady is an interview preparation platform designed to help you succeed in technical and behavioral interviews. Our Service includes:

• AI-powered practice interviews: Simulate real interview scenarios with our intelligent AI interviewer that provides realistic questions and immediate feedback.
• Coding challenges: Practice data structures, algorithms, and system design problems commonly asked in technical interviews.
• Behavioral interview prep: Develop compelling stories and responses using proven frameworks like STAR method.
• Progress tracking: Monitor your improvement over time with detailed analytics and performance insights.
• Personalized recommendations: Receive tailored practice suggestions based on your skill level and target roles.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HireReady and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our Content

All interview questions, practice problems, educational materials, software, graphics, and other content provided through the Service ("Our Content") are the exclusive property of HireReady or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Our Content without our explicit written permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or submit through the Service, such as your interview responses and notes ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We may use anonymized and aggregated data derived from Your Content to improve our AI models and services.

Payment Terms

HireReady offers various subscription tiers to access premium features. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select.
• Automatic renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
• Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After this period, refunds are generally not provided except as required by law.
• Free trials: If you sign up for a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
• Payment processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information directly.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Service, including but not limited to job offers, interview success, or improvement in interview performance. Your results depend on many factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HIREREADY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our Service prior to the changes becoming effective. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
